摘要
目的了解近十年我国住院患者营养状况评价工作开展的情况。方法使用清华同方光盘有限公司的CHDL中国医院数字图书馆的CHKD期刊全中文库软件,检索1994~2003年间有关住院患者营养状况评价的文献。结果有83种中文医学期刊,共168篇文献涉及营养评价,临床营养领域的两种核心期刊《中国临床营养杂志》和《肠外与肠内营养》刊登的营养评价文献最多。文献共涉及18种疾病,其中有关肾病及透析营养评价的文献最多,其次是肿瘤和慢性阻塞性肺疾病。医师发表营养评价文献最多,占近2/3,其次是营养师。简易营养评定法(CNA)被采用的最多,占一半以上,其次为人体组成评定法(BCA)和主观全面评定法(SGA)。结论住院患者的营养状况在近十年间得到临床医生、营养师和护士等的广泛关注,他们通过对住院患者进行合理的营养评价,制定了科学的营养支持方案,降低了营养不良的发生率。
Objective To summarize the studies on evaluation of nutritional status in inpatients in the past ten years in China's Mainland. Methods China Hospital Knowledge Database(CHKD),a periodical Chinese software of China Hospital Digital Library(CHDL)made by TsingHua TongFang Optical Disk Company,was used in this study. We searched the articles about evaluation of inpatient's nutritional status from 1994 to 2003. Results Totally 83 Chinese medical periodicals and 168 articles related to nutritional evaluation were found. Most papers appeared in Chinese Journal of Clinical Nutrition and Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition. Eighteen diseases were involved in these articles. The diseases that were noticed at the highest frequency were nephropathy and dialysis,followed by tumor and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). The number of articles written by doctors was at the first place,while the second place was nutritionist. More than half of the authors used concise nutrition assessment(CNA). Body composition assessment(BCA)and subjective global assessment(SGA)were also used in these studies. Conclusions In the past ten years,doctors,nutritionists,and nurses have paid attention to the nutritional status of inpatients. Reasonable evaluation of nutritional status helps the planning of scientific nutrition support and reduces the rate of malnutrition.
