摘要 介绍了中东含硫原油的特点及加工高硫原油的10种组合工艺。论述了国内外加工含硫原油和生产清洁燃料的方案、渣油改质方案、加氢脱硫和脱SOx催化剂开发进展情况。研究结果表明,一体化联合循环(IGCC)技术是用于加工含硫原油及实现清洁化炼油厂和炼化一体化的发展方向之一。已被国外广泛应用的渣油沸腾床加氢技术在加工高含硫、高含金属原油中有较好的发展前景。 The characteristics of sour crude oil from the Middle East Asia and ten combined technologies for processing sour crude oil are introduced. The schemes for processing sour crude oil and producing clean fuel,the residual upgrading scheme,developing progress of hydrodesulphurization catalyst and SOx removal at home and abroad are described. The researched results show that the integration gasifying cycle technique is favorable for processing sour crude oil and producing clean fuel. The residual ebullated bed hydrogenation technique commonly used abroad has a good potential in processing sour crude oil and metal-bearing crude.
