摘要 固态发酵(SSF)指利用自然底物做碳源及能源,或利用惰性底物做固体支持物,其体系无水或接近于无水的任何发酵过程。本文综述了固态发酵在木质素酶生产中的应用研究,重点介绍了固态发酵的生产木质素酶的特点、基质及其生物反应器生产。 Solid-state fermentation(SSF) is defined as a fermentation process occurring in absence of free flowing water, employing either a natural support or an inert support as a solid material. This paper reviews the production of ligninolytic enzymes by SSF technique. Mainly describe its advantages, supports and bioreactors.
