摘要
介绍了利用UG/NX软件对汽车驱动桥壳进行参数化设计的方法,并针对某轻型载货汽车驱动桥壳建立了动力学模型。对影响驱动桥壳强度和刚度的因素进行了研究,并进行了产品结构优化设计。优化后的桥壳本体厚度由8mm降至7mm,质量减轻了4.2kg。与传统的设计方法相比,这种方法提高了设计精度和效率。
Parameterization design method for drive axle housing with UG/NX software is introduced,and the dynamic model of the axle housing of a light truck is created.Influential factors on strength and rigidity of axle housing are studied,and structural optimization designs are carried out.Thickness of the optimized axle housing is reduced from 8 mm to 7 mm and mass is reduced by 4.2 kg.Compared with conventional design method,this method improves design accuracy and efficiency.
