摘要
本文描述了由三个高斯函数(钟形波)合成脉搏波的数学模型。该模型为脉搏波的特征提取提供了,一种新方法,它不仅可合成各种常见的脉搏波,还可以通过拟合的方法把这些高斯函数从实测波中分解出来。由波形分解而得到的这些高斯函数(钟形波)参数可换算出常用的各种脉图参数,并进而得到三个特征值。这三个特征值能反映正常人的不同年龄和心血管疾病。
A new mathematical model of pulse wave simulation by three- Gauss (bell-like) functions combination was established. with this model,both various common pulse wave and its three-Gauss function could be separated from waveforms practically measured via fitting method. The parameters of these Gauss functions separated from measured pulse-wave could be convered to different pulse-wave parameters previously used in literatures.Furthermore,three characteristic values (CVs) were obtained.Significant differences of these CVs were found between normal subjects and patients with cardiovascular diseases.Thus a new method was provided for clinical application of pulse-wave forms. This method showed no inherent difficulties in acquiring pulse-wave characteristics and might be used as a new way of computer classification of pulse-types.
