摘要
研究了对受污损车牌进行二值化存在的问题和解决方案。用小波变换和求系列中的最频值方法,准确地提取字符和背景的亮度和色度参数;根据色度学原理,提出了一种新的计算色度阈值的方法,并从理论上导出了计算公式;将灰度二值化和色度二值化有机地结合,较好地实现了受污损车牌的分割。
