改性中孔分子筛SBA-16薄膜的合成及表征 被引量:3

摘要 在酸性条件下,以导电玻璃(ITO)为基底合成了SBA-16分子筛膜.所制备的SBA-16膜孔径均匀,具有体心立方结构(属于Im3m空间群),SBA-16膜的晶胞参数为18.6nm.TEM,SEM和XRD等技术研究表明,加入少量的AlCl3盐于形成膜的母液并且采用RSiX3对导电玻璃基底进行处理,能够明显改善SBA-16膜的连续性而不影响孔结构.红外(FTIR)研究结果表明,SBA-16膜的表面硅羟基和结晶水很少,膜很稳定.XPS研究表明,加入少量MnCl2对SBA-16膜进行改性,可以提高膜的导电性. Continuous mesoporous silica thin films with three-dimensional (3D) accessible pore structures have been prepared by a dip-coating technique using F-127 surfactants in nonaqueous media under acidic conditions, and can be grown on ITO. Films are shown to be crystalline. XRD study displays that the mesoporous film is SBA-16 with Im3m space group symmetry, and SBA-16 film with unit cell parameter a of 18.6 nm for calcined SBA-16 film, and the mesoporous openings about 7 similar to 8 run. Adding a little of AlCl3 into mother liquor of SBA-16, or the surface of ITO with RSiX3, would enhance the integrity of SBA-16 film but did not change the structure of SBA-16 film. The results of FTIR indicate that there was a little -OH or crystal H2O on the surface of SBA-16 film, the stability of SBA-16 film was good. The result of XPS demonstrates that, adding a little of MnCl2 into SBA-16 film, the electricity of modified SBA-16 was improved.
