摘要
目的:寻找分离纯化半边旗抗肿瘤有效成分5 F的新方法。方法:提取分离出5 F精提物后,以H6 0 型硅胶为填料,采用不同的溶剂系统石油醚和丙酮的混合液,氯仿和甲醇的混合液洗脱,分离纯化5 F。结果:经薄层色谱鉴定,可以得到纯的5 F。结论:分别采用两种不同的溶剂系统洗脱硅胶柱,可以有效地纯化半边旗抗肿瘤有效成分5 F。
Objective: To find an ideal method for isolating and purifying the active anti-tumor ingredient 5F from Pteris semipinnata. Methods: After the rude extract containing 5F was prepared,H 60 silica gel column was used to purify the ingredient 5F by the complex solvent systems with chloroform-methanol or petroteum ether-acetone. Results: The purified ingredient 5F was confirmed with the thin layer chromotography.Conclusion: The anti-tumor ingredient 5F is obtained by the purification with the chromatography on H 60 silica gel column through two solvent systems described above.
