摘要
介绍了相函数在建立生物组织模型中的作用,分析了在测量生物组织散射相函数时存在的问题.利用Mie氏理论对不同偏振方向的偏振光被生物组织粒径范围内的单粒子散射后,在观测平面上的散射光强进行计算、比较得出结论:偏振光的偏振性对测量生物组织散射相函数的影响较大,通过实验方法获得精确的相函数时,要注意对所用实验光源偏振性的选择.
It's important to get accurate scattering phase function for modeling of biological tissue.There're some problems for measuring the phase function of biological tissue.Mie theory can be used to calculate the distribution of the different polarized light scattered by the biological tissue particle.It can draw the conclusion is that there's more important influence to measure biological tissue phase function using different polarized light.So,to get accurate phase function by experiment,the natural(unpolarized)light source should be choosen.
