摘要
目的:研究黄精、首乌有效部分的不同组合对高脂血症大鼠抗氧化能力的影响,为有效部分的优化组合提供依据。方法:将大鼠分为对照组、模型组和实验组。用生化测定方法测定各组大鼠的生化指标,用单因素方差分析及多重比较分析组间均值;采用综合平衡法,通过逐步回归分析和数论网格法对有效部分组合进行优选。结果:与模型组比,NO有3个实验组、MDA的8个实验组、GSH -Px有6个实验组、SOD有5个实验组、TAo有4个实验组存在显著差异(P <0 0 5 )。与对照组比,5个实验组的HDL有显著差异(P <0 0 5 ) ;GSH有5个实验组、GSH -Px有2个实验组、SOD有4个组、TAo有4个实验组存在显著差异(P <0 0 5 ) ;NO、MDA和CAT的8个实验组均无明显差异(P >0 0 5 )。结论:黄精、首乌有效部分的不同组合对高脂血症大鼠抗氧化能力提高作用程度不同。因此,通过研究黄精、首乌有效部分不同组合的量-效关系以便达到合理提取。
Objective:Study the relationship between combination of effective parts extracted from Polygonatum,Polygonum and the anti oxidation in hyperlipidemia rats. Methods: The rats were divided into normal control group,model group and treatment group.Make use of biochemistry method to surve biochemistry index of each group of the rats.The data were analyzed by ANOV and multi comparison,and obtained the optimization results by regression and calcuation of Good Lattice Point. Results: Compared with model group,NO of 3 treatment groups,MDA of 8 treatment groups,GSH Px of 6 treatment groups,SOD of 5 treatment groups and TAo of 4 treatment groups are significant ( P< 0 05) ;Compared with control group,GSH of 5 treatment groups,GSH Px of 2 treatment groups,SOD of 4 treatment groups and TAo of 4 treatment groups are significant( P <0 05);NO,MDA and CAT of 8 treatment groups are almost not significant ( P> 0 05). Conclusion :The different combination of effective parts of Polygonatum and Polygonum shows the different effect on anti oxidation hyperlipidemia rats.It is very necessary to study the relationship relevant to amount of effective parts and their effect so that we can get better Chinese drug scientifically and reasonably.
