摘要
提出用拉浆法制造铅酸电池薄极板工艺;研究了铅膏中所加粘合剂对电池性能的影响;提出了拉浆工艺对铅膏及粘合剂的要求。实验结果证明:拉浆法制造的薄极板可以提高活性物质的利用率,改善了电池的大电流放电能力。
The technics of slurry method was introduced to make lead acid battery thin plates. The effects of binders on the performance of battery were studied. The requirements of pastes and binders were presented. The results showed that the thin plates produced by slurry method could improve the utility of active material and the ability of high-rate discharge performance.
