摘要
根据工件磁化时表面缺陷凸棱线上的磁荷分布论证了工件表面大方孔周围有时也会出现由孔角开始沿45°方向向外延伸的长直线状磁痕。这一推论已由试验和生产实践所验证。
On the basis of the distribution of magnetic charges along the convex edges of a discontinuity on the surface of a workpiece under magnetization, it was demonstrated that around a large square hole there sometimes appeared magnetic particle pattern radiating long straight lines with 45° inclination starting from the corners of the hole. The deduction was verified by experiment and practical magnetic particle inspections in production.
