摘要
用MPT AES在线标准加入法测定了中草药黄芪中铝、钙、铜、铁、钾、镁、锰、钠、锶和锌10种微量元素。在优化的试验条件下,方法的检出限分别为22.0,1.3,2.4,19.0,5.8,1.6,34.0,0.6,3.7,3.8μg·L-1,相对标准偏差在0.2%～7.6%之间。回收率在94%～118%之间。方法用于美国标准物质1571号橡树叶的分析,测得值与标准参考值较好吻合。
An on-line standard addition method for determination of Al, Ca, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, Sr and Zn in Astragalus by MPT-AES was established in this paper. Under optimized conditions, the sample of American standard material (#1571) were analyzed, and the results obtained were in good agreement with the certified values. The detection limits of the proposed method for Al, Ca, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, Sr and Zn were 22.0, 1.3, 2.4, 19.0, 5.8, 1.6, 34.0, 0.6, 3.7 and 3.8 μg·L^(-1) respectively.The RSD′s were in the range of 0.2%~7.6% and recovery values were shown to be in the range of 94%~118%.
