本文介绍了荷兰马斯特里赫特(Maastrichit)大学医学院医学教育研究工作的发展。首先论述了教育研究项目的目标和内容,然后反思取得成功的主要因素、风险和面临的挑战。本文根据VanderVleuten等教授发表在美国医学教育杂志上的文章编译。
This article introduces the medical education research development at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Maastrichit in Netherlands. Firstly, it describes the goals and the contents of the education research program. Then it reviews success factors, risk factors and challenges in the future. This article is translated from the article written by professor Van der Vleuten et al. which appeared in the Journal of Academic Medicine 2004,79(10):985-989.
