摘要
针对吉林油田固井设计施工需要,河南省卫辉市化工有限公司对原有的G203进行了调整。本文介绍了低密早强剂G203(A)的调整方法,考察了温度对G203(A)性能发挥的影响,并评价了G203(A)对水泥浆失水、抗压强度及综合性能的影响。评价结果表明。调整后的低密早强剂G203(A)与其他添加剂配伍性好,能够提高早期强度缩短候凝时间,固井成本低。在吉林油田新开发的英台、乾安和嫩字地区的固井施工中,效果良好,表明该早强剂有一定的市场应用前景。
Based on requirements of cementing job in Jilin oilfield, Chemicals Corporation Limited in Weihui City of Henan Province made adjustment on G203, its original low density early strength additive. This paper introduces the adjusting procedure, and the modified product is named as G203(A). The influence of temperature on G203(A) 's performance was investigated on issues such as fluid loss control, compressive strength development and other properties. Test results showed G203(A) had good compatibility with other cement additives, the thickening time of the slurry with G203(A) in was shorted, and the early strength of cement stone was improved. Application of G203(A) in Yingtai, Qian'an and Nenzi Blocks verified its contribution to well cementing quality increase.
