摘要
目的 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备具有更高生物活性的微晶玻璃。方法 利用正硅酸乙脂和磷酸三乙脂制备溶胶-凝胶玻璃粉体,这种玻璃粉体经过一定的热处理工艺可以得到含有磷灰石(Apatite)和硅灰石(Wollastonite)的A/W生物微晶玻璃。结果 溶胶-凝胶法制备的玻璃粉体具有大量的纳米级微孔和较高的比表面积,体外模拟实验表明通过溶胶-凝胶法制备的微晶玻璃具有更高的生物活性。结论 成功地通过溶胶-凝胶法制备生物活性更高的微晶玻璃。
Objective To produce more bioactive glass-ce ramic by sol-gel method.Methods & Results Sol-gel glass powder could be produced by tetraethoxysilane and triethylphosphate,and it had plenty of nanonmic pores and much bigger surface area,through certain heat treatment.Powders could be ma de-up to A/W bioactive glass-ceramic,which contained apatite and Wollastonite, and in vitro test showed that bioactive glass-ceramic produced by sol-g el method was more bioactive.Conclusion By sol-gel method,we can produce more bioacti ve glass-ceramics.
