摘要
目的:探讨1 6排螺旋CT在椎动脉造影的扫描技术与应用。材料与方法:收集2 2例临床怀疑椎动脉型颈椎病的患者采用西门子1 6排螺旋CT行椎动脉造影检查,应用半透明容积再现漫游(VRT) ,多平面重建(MPR)和最大密度投影(MIP)等技术重建。结果:VRT等重建技术均能够直观清楚地显示椎动脉的形态分布走行情况以及与颈内动脉等相邻血管的位置关系。血管腔的形态及管腔有无狭窄变细,以及狭窄变细扭曲段的长度。并可以显示血管有无钙化等异常。结论:1 6排螺旋CT对椎动脉血管造影检查是一种有效的无创性检查方法。
Purpose:To investigate the applications of technique vertebral artery angiography by 16 slice spiral CT.Materials and Methods:22 patients suspected of having cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type underwent CT vertebral artery angiography with SIEMENS 16 slice SCT.VRT,MPR and MIP were employed for post-processing at workstation.Results:The VRT,MPR,MIP image showed normal or thinning,twisting,localized stenosis and course anomaly of vertebral artery.Conclusion:CTA is and accurate modality in diagnosis of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.
