致倦库蚊实验种群的建立及生物学特性观察 被引量:5

Establishment of the laboratory population of the Yunnan strain of Culex Pipiens quinquefascitatus and observations on their biological characteristics

摘要 目的建立致倦库蚊实验室种群,观察其生物学特性。方法采用人工控制温湿度和光照,模拟自然环境的方法,幼虫饲料为牛肝馒头粉,成蚊供血动物为小白鼠。结果在室温24~27℃,昼夜温差<2℃,相对湿度70%~80%及人工光照12~14h的条件下养殖,成蚊予叮吸小白鼠血。于2003年9月至2004年6月成功繁殖了14个世代。它们的平均孵化率、蛹化率和羽化率依次为84.61%、73.56%、92.28%,经9~12天可完成一个世代的繁殖。羽化后的成蚊1~2天开始交配,雌蚊第3日开始吸血,第5天达吸血高峰。吸血后第3天开始产卵。结论驯化繁殖致倦库蚊成功的关键在于提高成活率、交配率、吸血率,所获数据对进一步了解该蚊的生长繁殖特性及防治提供了有用的参考资料。 For setting up a superior laboratory strain of Culex quinquefascitatus, the conditions of room temperature, humidity and lighting in the laboratory were adjusted, and the larvae were cultivated by powder of ox liver and mantou (1∶1), while the adult mosquitoes were fed by sucking blood of mouse. Fourteen generations had been propagated from Sept 2003 to June 2004 under the conditions of room temperature between 24℃ to 27℃ with a temperature difference less than 2℃ at day and night and the relative humidity of 70% to 80%. The average rates for hatching, pupation and eclosion were 84.61%, 73.56% and 92.28% respectively. The total life cycle lasted for 9~12 days, in which the adult mosquitoes began to mate after turning to pupa in the first or second day and the female mosquitoes began to bite animals in the third day, while the biting of animals came to its peak in the 5th day and began to lay eggs in the third day after biting of animals. It is evident that the key way of success to cultivate C.quinquefascitatus is to improve the percentages of the survival rate, the mate rate and the blood-sucking rate.
