摘要
采用定向凝固无余量精铸工艺,制造接近于空心涡轮叶片壁厚的管状薄壁试样(δ=1 .0~1 .4mm) ,研究了一种新型定向凝固高温合金的薄壁性能。结果表明,薄壁试样的持久性能与标准试样(直径5mm)相比无明显下降,说明在本试验条件下,该合金的薄壁效应不明显,从工艺因素和显微组织方面讨论了试验结果。
The thin-walled effects of a new directionally solidified superalloy were investigated aiming at tubular hollow specimens with wall thickness of 1.0,1.2,1.4 mm similar to the hollow blades made by the net-shape investment casting.The results showed that the stress-rupture of the thin-walled specimens can not be obviously reduced by comparing with that of the standard ones with the diameters of 5mm,indicating the alloy has no obvious thin-walled effects for the experiment condition.The experimental results were analyzed from the view of processing factors and microstructure.
