摘要
通过用HYSCANⅡ测量不同过热度和镁含量的铝镁合金熔体中的氢含量,研究了铝镁合金熔体过热度、镁元素和氢含量的关系。试验结果表明,铝镁合金熔体中的氢含量随温度的升高而增加;氢在铝镁合金熔体中的存在形态不同,其可逆性也不同;通过热速处理可大大减少过热铝镁合金熔体中的氢含量;铝镁合金液吸氢的程度主要取决于镁对铝液表面氧化膜性质的改变。
Relationship of superheating degree,Mg content and hydrogen content in Al-Mg alloy was examined by measuring hydrogen content in Al-Mg alloy melt with different superheating degree and Mg content through HYSCANII.The results showed that hydrogen content increases with the increase of temperature in Al-Mg alloy melt.Different morphology of hydrogen in the melt can result in different reversibility.The hydrogen content in the melt can be greatly reduced by heat-speed treatment.Changes of Mg on surface oxidized film in aluminum melt are responsible for the hydrogen-absorption of Al-Mg alloy melt.
