摘要 目的探讨18F FDGPET显像在胆囊癌诊断中的应用价值。方法7例临床怀疑的胆囊癌患者均行18F FDG PET显像,对显像结果进行目测法及半定量分析,并与CT、手术、腹腔镜取病理等进行对比研究。结果病理检查确诊4例胆囊癌,3例胆囊良性病变。18F FDGPET显像均正确定性。CT对6例作出正确定性。2例PET显像发现了CT未发现的转移灶3处,并对1例胆囊癌患者进行了正确疗效评价。结论18F FDGPET显像对胆囊癌的诊断及临床分期具有较好的临床应用价值,并可准确地评价治疗效果。 Objective:To evaluate the value of ~18 F fluoro deoxy glucose (FDG) PET in the diagnosis of gallbladder cancer.Methods:~18 F FDG PET was performed in seven patients who presented with clinical signs of suspected gallbladder carcinoma.Imaging findings were analysed with visual and semiquantitative method and compared with other imaging techniques,surgery and pathology by celioscope.Results:Of all patients,4 cases were diagnosed as gallbladder cancer by pathology,and 3 cases were diagnosed as benign pathological changes.All cases were correctly diagnosed by ~18 F-FDG PET,while 6 cases were diagnosed correctly by CT scan.Moreover,3 metastatic tumor were detected by ~18 F-FDG PET in 2 cases while they were negative on conventional CT scan.The therapeutic effect of one case of gallbladder cancer was evaluated correctly by PET.Conclusion:~18 F-FDG PET is a very useful modality for diagnosis and clinical staging of gallbladder cancer and this method can valuate the treatment effect correctly.
