调强放射治疗在鼻咽癌治疗中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 鼻咽癌在我国是一种常见的恶性肿瘤,常规放射治疗虽然可以取得良好的肿瘤控制率,但易导致以口干为代表的并发症。调强放射治疗(intensity modulatedracliationtheraply,IMRT)作为一项崭新的技术,可以在控制肿瘤的前提下保护腮腺的功能,明显减少放射治疗的并发症。介绍该技术在鼻咽癌放射治疗中的应用情况以及临床优越性。 Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a commo n careinoma of malignant head and neck tumor in China.Although favorable tumor con trol probability may be obtained with conventional radiotherapy,radiation compli cations represented by xerostomia is also very frequent.Intensity modulated radi otherapy, as a new technique,can produce very good control rate and protect the normal function of the parotid gland at the same time,thus reduce radiation-ass ociated complications.This article reviews its use and clinical priority in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.[
