高原高寒战时环境猪肢体枪弹伤后T-AOC、SOD、MDA的特点变化及意义 被引量:23

摘要 目的 探讨高原高寒环境下平战时肢体火器伤后血浆及伤道组织中总抗氧化能力(T AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量变化的规律。方法 将2 4头实验猪随机分为高原战时致伤组(GZ)、高原平时致伤组(GP)和平原平时致伤组(PP) ,每组8头,在不同环境下致伤;分别于伤前、伤后不同时相点采集中静脉血和伤道肌肉组织定量测定T AOC、SOD、MDA。结果 ①平原平时组血浆和伤道组织内T AOC伤后均持续下降,在伤后1~2d降至最低点,此后逐渐上升;SOD、MDA均在伤后3 0min~2h即有升高,至6h时达最高点,此后逐渐下降,组织中3d恢复到较低水平,血浆中5d恢复至正常水平。②高原平时组血浆和伤道组织内T AOC、SOD、MDA变化规律与平原平时组相似,但变化的幅度大、持续的时间长。③高原战时组与高原平时组相比,血浆和伤道组织内T AOC在伤前即有显著降低,SOD、MDA显著增高,伤后各指标升高或降低的程度、持续时间均显著高于高原平时组,峰值出现的时间也有所提前。结论 高原高寒战时环境猪肢体枪弹伤后全身和局部伤道组织的损伤程度重于高原平时组,而高原平时组的损伤又重于平原平时组。 Objective To investigate the changes of T-AOC, SOD and MDA content in plasma and skeletal muscle of wound track after gunshot wound in pig limbs in high altitude, high cold and war environment. Methods Twenty-four pigs were divided into three groups: normal environment group (PP, n=8), high altitude and cold environment group (GP, n=8), and high altitude, high cold and war environment group (GZ, n=8). Gunshot wound in the posterior limbs was induced in different environments. The content of T-AOC, SOD and MDA in the plasma and muscular tissues in the wound track were measured at different time points after injury. Results In PP group, the content of T-AOC in the plasma and muscular tissues reduced in 2 h after injury, reached the minimum at day 1 to 2, and gradually rose. SOD and MDA rose in 30 min to 2 h, reached the peak at 6 h, and gradually reduced, and finally reached the normal level of the muscular tissues in 3 d and the plasma in 5 d. In GP group, the same dynamic changes of T-AOC, SOD and MDA content in plasma and skeletal muscle of wound track after gunshot wound as PP group, but changes were larger and lasted longer than that of PP group. In GZ group, the content of T-AOC in the plasma and muscular tissues had a big decline before injury, but SOD and MDA had a big rose. Changes was larger and lasted longer and the peak appeared earlier than that of GP group. Conclusion The degrees of injury after gunshot wound in pig limbs in high altitude, high cold and war environment were severer than that in high altitude and cold environment and in normal environment.
