摘要
目的 明确Id2在成年大鼠脑内室管膜前下区(SVZa)、喙侧迁移流(RMS)、嗅脑(OB) 3个不同区域内的表达模式。方法 用RT PCR和免疫荧光染色的方法观察成年大鼠SVZa、RMS、OB 3个区域Id2的表达情况。结果 成年大鼠脑内SVZa、RMS、OB 3个区域Id2均有不同程度的表达,且在这3个部位中Id2在OB区表达最弱,在SVZa表达较强,在RMS表达最强。结论 确立Id2在成年大鼠SVZa、RMS、OB 3个区域的表达模式,提示Id2可能对成年SVZa神经干细胞的增殖和定向分化起到一定的调节作用。
Objective To study the expression of inhibitor of DNA bingding-2 (Id2) in SVZa, RMS and OB area in adult rat brain. Methods To examine the expression of Id2 by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and immunofluorescence. Results Expression of Id2 was different in SVZa, RMS and OB in adult rat brain. Expression of Id2 showed the peak at the area of RMS, less in SVZa, the least in OB. Conclusion The different expression of Id2 in SVZa, RMS and OB area in adult rat brain indicates that Id2 may play an important role in the orienting differentiation and proliferation of neural stem cells (NSCs) derived from SVZa in adult rat brain.
