摘要
为确保高牌号的汽车转向助力泵体灰铸件(材质HT300,重4.75kg)的品质,采用浇口通过冒口的热冒口形式,1个冒口补缩2个铸件,1型4件。运用均衡凝固收缩模数法设计冒口体和冒口颈尺寸;冒口体直径60mm×高75mm,冒口颈长5mm×宽45mm×厚4mm,铸件工艺出品率83%。在AMF(Ⅲ)自动造型线粘土湿砂型生产。生产实践证明,铸件经15MPa油压试验不渗漏,满足了技术要求。
Casting of pump body in automobile's redirector, material: HT300, weights: 4.75 kg, it is produced in the way of green sand mould in AFM (HI) auto-moulding line. Exerting the way of hot-riser in which yunner transiting riser, one riser can feed two casting, so there are totally four casting in one mould. The overall yield of casting reaches 83% by using moduli calculation method to design riser body and the dimension of its neck as follows: riser body o60 mm(diameter) × 75 mm height, riser's neck 5 mm (length) × 45 mm (wide) ×4 mm (thickness). The Casting is satisfied for the requirement of technology that there is no leakage of oil in the test which the casting is loading the 15 MPa pressure of oil.
