摘要
高校教学管理过程中人际关系客观存在。高校教学管理人员应做到谦虚谨慎、真诚服务、尊重别人、注 意与人交往的言行,从而促进高校管理工作的良好人际关系,以充分发展管理效能。
In the process of teaching management in university, relationship people exists objectively. Management staffs should be prudent, honest, show respect to others and pay attention to words and deeds to promote good relationship in the work of management and give full play to management efficiency.
