摘要
目的:探讨细胞外信号调节激酶ERK-1、ERK-2在直肠癌中的蛋白表达水平和微血管计数的关系及其在直肠癌发生发展中的意义。方法:应用蛋白印迹法检测62例直肠癌及其邻近正常直肠粘膜中ERK-1和ERK-2蛋白的表达情况;Ⅷ因子相关抗原抗体免疫组化法测定微血管计数。结果:直肠癌中ERK-1、ERK-2的蛋白表达水平及微血管计数明显高于正常直肠粘膜;微血管计数较高的直肠癌其ERK-1、ERK-2的表达水平也明显增高。结论:ERK-1、ERK-2在直肠癌中呈现高表达,刺激血管内皮生长因子的增高,加速肿瘤微血管的生成,从而促进直肠癌的发生发展。
Objective: To study the relationship between ERK and microvessel count, Investigate its effect in the development of rectal carcinoma. Methods: Western blot was used to measure the expression of ERK-1 and ERK-2, immunohistochemistry was used to count the microvessel in 62 rectal carcinoma. Results: ERK-1?ERK-2 protein levels and microvessel count were increased in the rectal carcinoma compared with those in normal tissues. Conclusion: Overexpression of ERK may increase the level of vascular endothelial growth factor and microvessel count, playing an important role in the development of rectal carcinoma.
