摘要
目的:了解郑州市流产或死胎孕妇人微小病毒B19的感染情况。方法:采用ELISA和PCR方法分别检测郑州市237例正常孕妇及29例不明原因流产或死胎孕妇血清中B19IgG、B19IgM和B19DNA表达情况。结果:29例流产或死胎孕妇B19IgG、B19IgM和B19DNA阳性率分别为51.7%(15/29)、6.9%(2/29)和13.8%(4/29),237例正常孕妇B19IgG、B19IgM和B19DNA阳性率分别30.4%(72/237)、1.3%(3/237)和2.5%(6/237),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:郑州市孕妇中存在人微小病毒B19的感染,可能导致不明原因流产或死胎。
Aim: To investigate human parvovirus B19 infection in 266 pregnant women in Zhengzhou. Methods: B19-IgG,B19-IgM,and B19 DNA in the serum were detected using ELISA and PCR.Results: The positive rate of B19-IgG,B19-IgM, and B19 DNA were counted as 15(51.7%), 2(6.9%)and 4(13.8%) in 29 unidentified reason abortion or stillborn foetus pregnant women, respectively. By contrast, the positive rate the B19-IgG,B19-IgM,and B19 DNA were counted as 72(30.4%), 3(1.3%) and 6(2.5%) in 237 healthy pregnant women, respectively. Statistical analysis indicated that the positive rate of B19-IgG, B19-IgM, and B19 DNA had significant difference(P<0.05) between the 2 groups. Conclusion: The infection of human parvovirus B19 exists in the pregnant women in Zhengzhou,which may explain the unidentified reason abortion or stillborn foetus.
