由AIBN或V50引发的苯乙烯反向原子转移自由基乳液聚合 被引量:6

摘要 采用Cu(Ⅱ)为催化剂,2,2'-联吡啶,1,10-邻二氮菲为催化剂配体,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)和2,2'-偶氮(2-甲基丙基脒)二盐酸盐(V-50)为引发剂,油醇聚氧乙烯(20)醚(Brij-98)和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)为乳化剂,以苯乙烯(styrene)为单体进行反向原子转移自由基乳液聚合.凝胶渗透液相色谱(GPC)测试发现:当采用AIBN作为引发剂时,两种催化体系在聚合过程中均体现了一定的可控性;而采用V50这种水溶性偶氮类引发剂时,聚合过程可控性差且单体的转化率很低.粒径分布测试表明,以Brij-98为乳化剂时,所得的乳液粒径均一且稳定性较好.
