摘要
目的:评价智能化斜弱视检查治疗仪治疗儿童弱视的效果。方法:采用维视顿智能化斜弱视检查治疗仪治疗儿童弱视216例402眼,无双眼视觉患儿进行弱视治疗的同时行双眼视觉训练。对弱视的类型、程度和初诊年龄与疗效的关系进行观察。治疗过程与电脑游戏相结合。结果:治疗6mo有效386眼,总有效率96.0%,其中基本治愈289眼(71.9%),有效97眼(24.1%),无效16眼(4.0%),屈光不正性弱视、轻度弱视和年龄4~6岁弱视基本治愈率最高。结论:智能化斜弱视检查治疗仪治疗儿童弱视与电脑游戏相结合,使治疗充满趣味性和娱乐性,极大提高了弱视儿童治疗的顺应性,疗效明显高于其他治疗方法。
· AIM: To evaluate the curative effect of the intelligentized strabismus and amblyopia therapeutic apparatus on the treatment of children's amblyopia.· METHODS: The Viston intelligentized strabismus and amblyopia therapeutic apparatus was used to examine and treat 216 children (402 eyes) with amblyopia. Binocular vision function training was done while the children without binocular vision underwent the amblyopia treatment. The relation of the type, the grade and the first visit age of amblyopia with the therapeutic effect was observed. Computer game was integrated into the course of treatment.· RESULTS: During the follow-up of 6mo, the treatment was effective in 386 eyes(96.0%), including 289 eyes cured basically (71.9%) and 97 eyes with effect (24.1%), and the other 16 eyes had no efficacy (4.0%). The curative rates of ametropic amblyopia, slight amblyopia, 4-6 years old children's amblyopia were higher than other types.· CONCLUSION: This therapeutics integrates the computer game into the treatingcourse, makes the treatment full of interest and fun, and enhances the compliance of the child patients greatly. The curative effect of this therapeutics is markedly higher than other therapeutic methods.·
