摘要
本文介绍了以马来酸酐(MAH)接枝聚丙烯为碳酸钙填充聚丙烯的相容剂时,相容剂对两相界面粘接性的影响以及相容剂中接枝单体含量对材料力学性能的影响。另外,也将相容剂法与传统的偶联剂法进行了比较。
In this Paper, MAH grafed polypropylene was used as compatibilizer of PP/CaCO3 composites. The compatibilizer causes enhancement of interphaseadhesion and high performance of the composites. The influence of MAH con tent in the compatibilizer on mechanical properties of the composites was studied. The tensile yield stress and flexural stress are much higher in the composites containing compatibilizer than the composites with coupling agent treated CaCo3.
