摘要
在分析了MODBUS/TCP工业以太网协议和DeviceNet现场总线协议基础上,提出了基于DSP和协议接口模块的协议转换器硬件设计方法。通过在协议转换器中建立统一的报文模型,实现了两种不同协议应用层的转换,进而构建了基于两种协议标准的工业现场网络间的协议转换器。通过组建了一个带有多个通讯节点的实验系统,验证了协议转换器的可行性。
The design method of protocol converter based on DSP and protocol interface modules is presented on the basis of the analysis of MODBUS/TCP industrial ethernet protocol and DeviceNet fieldbus protocol. By designing a uniform message model the convert between the application layers of two different protocols is accomplished, further the protocol converter based on different protocol standards of two industrial communication networks is constructed. The feasibility of converter is verified by constructing an experiment system with multiple communication nodes.
