摘要
分析了我国高新技术产业法律制度存在的问题,提出建立和完善促进高新技术产业化的法律制度,包括建立和完善知识产权保护法律体系;建立健全我国技术创新和技术成果转化的法律体系;建立健全风险投资相关法律、法规;建立健全我国税收法律、法规体系等。
The paper analyzes problems on the legal system of high technology industrialization in China and gives some advices on establishing and improving the legal system to promote high technology industrialization which includes establishing and perfecting the legal system of intellectual property rights, building and strengthening the legal system of technology innovation and technology achievement transformation, founding and amplifying laws and regulations of venture capital investment, and forming and perfecting law and regulation system of Chinese tax etc.
