摘要
使用CPLD设计并实现了采用干涉条纹进行测量的光学测量系统中的计数电路部分,取代了传统的多元件分立的电路设计,达到了很好的效果,满足了光学干涉测量准确快速测量的要求。此分析适用于一般条纹计数系统。
The accurate and quick fringes counting is very important in optical measurement system. Because the many advantages about CPLD, it has brought some new innovations to circuit design. It also gives a better choice to signal processing in the scope of photoelectric measurement. This paper has used the CPLD technology to design the counting circuit in optical measurement system which measures distance by taking count of interference fringe. This design has been proved by our experiment and also can be used in general optical measurement systems.
