摘要
目的通过实验了解甲钴胺是否能对糖尿病所致耳聋有保护作用。方法 102只雄性 Wistar 大鼠随机分成糖尿病组、甲钴胺治疗组及正常对照组。甲钴胺治疗组动物于糖尿病成模后开始应用甲钴胺500μg/kg 肌肉注射,2次/wk。观察实验动物血糖、尿糖、体重及听性脑干诱发电位变化情况。结果糖尿病成模2个月后,甲钴胺治疗组动物 ABR 阈值、ABR 波潜伏期及波间期均显著低于糖尿病组动物,与正常对照组之间无显著差异。至成模后3个月,甲钴胺治疗组动物 ABR 阈值、ABR 波潜伏期及波间期较对照组有显著的提高,但仍显著地低于糖尿病组动物。结论甲钴胺对糖尿病所致听觉神经系统的病变有一定的防治作用。
Purpose The purpose of this study is to determine the ability of methylcobalamin to protect hering impairment of diabetic rats.Methods 102 male Wistar rats were divided randomly into diabetic group,methylcobalamin treatment group and control group.Methylcobalamin(500 μg/kg)b.i.w was given intramuscular injection after diabetes modeling in methylcobalamin treated group.Results were evaluated by measurement of blood glucose,urine glucose,body weight and auditory brainstem reponse.Results After 2 months of diabetes modeling,ABR threshold,wave latencies and interpeak latencies in the treated group were significantly lower than that of the untreated diabetic group.After 3 months, ABR threshold,wave latencies and interpeak latencies in the treated group were significantly higher than that of the control group, but were still lower than that of the untreated diabetic group.Conclusion These findings suggest that methylcobalamin has positive effect in the prevention and treatment of hering impairment of diabetic rats.
