摘要
工业废钢渣在国外利用率近100%,而我国只有国外的一半,且我国常用的石灰土、二灰土结合料普遍存在着早期强度增长慢等问题。通过工业废钢渣稳定土的试验研究,可以有效解决此类问题;同时,分析了工业废钢渣稳定土的强度形成机理,并对工业废钢渣稳定土和石灰稳定土的无侧限饱水抗压强度、水稳定性、冻融稳定性、低温收缩性和疲劳耐久性等路用性能进行了对比分析。结果表明,工业废钢渣稳定土可以改善路面基层使用品质,延长使用寿命,具有较好的经济和社会效益,是一种性能优良的半刚性混合料,适宜做高等级公路的半刚性基层。
Utilize of industrial waste also 100% abroad, however, half about it in China. In this paper, based on systematic research on industrial waste stabilized soil, the mechanism of industrial waste stabilized soil strength is analyzed, included strength stability, low temperature crack resistance, water stability, fatigue resistance, ice and melt resistance, the road performance of industrial waste stabilizer soil and lime stabilized soil are compared. The essay indicates, industrial waste stabilizer soil is the higher performance base mixture, and their life has been prolonged, has the better society and economic value, is a kind of higher performance semi rigid base material.
