摘要
从维持和保护河网生态系统正常的基本功能角度出发,根据流域地理位置及河网地区河流自身的特点,探讨河网系统生态环境需水量的内涵和构成,指出平原河网系统生态环境需水量是在特定的时间和空间组合条件下,在合理开发和高效利用系统淡水资源的同时,为了维持和改善河网系统正常的生态结构与生态环境功能所必须蓄存和消耗的水量.在此概念的基础上,对适合于河网系统中各项生态环境需水量的计算方法进行研究,并对定量化研究的影响因素进行了分析.
Based on the geological location of the river basin and the characteristics of rivers, the connotation and composition of the eco-environmental water demand of the river network system were discussed from the angle of maintenance and protection of the basic function of the river network system. It is pointed out that the eco-environmental water demand is the volume of water to be stored and consumed for maintenance and improvement of the eco-structural and eco-environmental function of the river network system based on the reasonable development and efficient utilization of fresh water resources under the special temporal and spatial conditions. According to the concept, the calculation method for various types of eco-environmental water demand was studied, and the factors influencing the quantitative study were analyzed.
