摘要
目的了解陕西省不同人群对碘营养的需求及现状,为进一步调整碘盐浓度提供科学依据。方法通过对人群尿碘、盐碘、饮水碘、乳汁碘等指标进行检测。结果①陕西省重点人群碘营养能满足其自身需求,且处在一个较高的水平。②孕妇及哺乳妇女对碘的需求较其他人群高,应将其视为特需人群。③通过母乳喂养,可满足婴幼儿对碘营养的需求。结论陕西省人群碘营养处在一个较高的水平,碘盐仍有一定的下调空间。
Objective To investigate the current situation and the need for the nutrient iodine for the different population in Shaanxi Province and to provide a scientific basis for regulating the iodine salt content. Methods Through dete cting iodine in urine, table salt, drinking and milk, the status of iodine nutr ition among 5 groups in three areas was respectively investigated in the provinc e. Results (1) The Shaanxi target population whose iodine in vivo was in a high level met their demand for nutrient iodine.(2) The pregnant and the lactating w omen needed more iodine than other peoples did and they were considered as a spe cial population in need of iodine.(3) Infants met their needs for iodine by thei r mother's lactation. Conclusions Nutrient iodine is in a high level in the prov ince and the content of iodine salt still has a down-regulating space.
