摘要
目的探讨缺碘地区学龄儿童甲状腺容积的影响因素.方法采用分层整体抽样法,对山东省1 200名8～10岁学龄儿童进行甲状腺容积、身高、体质量等指标测定,并对儿童性别、年龄、身高、体质量与甲状腺容积的关系进行分析.结果不同性别儿童甲状腺容积比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);不同年龄、身高、体质量儿童甲状腺容积比较明显不同,儿童甲状腺容积随年龄、身高、体质量的增长而增大,呈正相关关系(P＜0.001).甲状腺容积与年龄、身高、体质量两两之间均有明显相关性(P＜0.001).体质量对甲状腺容积的影响强度大于身高.结论学龄儿童的年龄、身高、体质量对甲状腺容积有明显影响.建议对儿童甲状腺容积的评价应综合考虑儿童体格发育指标即年龄、身高和体质量等相关因素.
Objective To study the influence factors influencing thyroid volume in school children in iodine-deficient region. Methods By employing stratified cluster sampling, the indicators including the thyroid volume, body height, body weight were investigated among 1 200 children aged 8 ～ 10 years old in Shandon g Province. And the relationship of gender,age, height and weight with the thyro id volume was analyzed respectively. Results The thyroid volume had no obviou s difference between boys and girls(P > 0.05). But the thyroid volumes in differ ent groups of age, height,weight were of obvious difference. The children's thyr oid volume increased with the increment of age, height and weight, namely it pos itively correlated with age, height and weight, respectively (P < 0.001). The bo dy weight influenced thyroid volume more than body height did. Conclusions The f actors of child's age, body height and body weight obviously influence the thyro id volume. When the child's thyroid volume is evaluated, the related factors of physical development, such as age, height and weight etc, should be integrated into consideration.
