摘要 采用室内水培方法,选择郑州9023、豫麦18、周麦16小麦品种为试验材料,研究了不同浓度As(Ⅲ)胁迫对小麦籽粒萌发、幼苗生长的影响及幼苗As含量的特征,并探讨了品种间的差异,结果表明,随着As(Ⅲ)浓度的增加,3个品种籽粒的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数和幼苗的芽长、根长、芽重、根重几项指标均呈下降的趋势,且对小麦幼苗根的抑制作用明显大于对芽的抑制;幼苗As含量则呈现出随胁迫浓度的增大而增大的趋势,且3个品种小麦幼苗根和芽的As含量互不相同。周麦16耐As污染能力最强。 The experiment in the effects of different concentration of As(Ⅲ) on seed germination and seedling growth was studied with three types of wheat as the material;Zhengzhou 9023,Yumai 18 and Zhoumai 16.The results showed that with the increasing of concentration of As(Ⅲ), germination energy, germination percentage, germination index, vigor index, length of root and plumule, weight of root and plumule of the three types of wheat all decreased gradually. It indicated that the root was more sensitive to As than the plumule. And the content of As in root and plumule were increasing as the increasing of concentration of As(Ⅲ), being different among the three types. From all of up,Zhoumai 16 had the strongest patience against As in three types of wheat.
