通用旋转组合设计在防治小麦赤霉病中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 连续2年选用50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂,采用3因素2次回归通用旋转组合设计,研究了喷药时期、剂量、药液量防治小麦赤霉病的效果。结果表明:喷药时期以小麦扬花期或扬花盛期最佳,喷药剂量为0.75~0.90kg/hm2有效含量,喷药液量为900~1050kg/hm2最适。 General-purpose Rotate Unitized Design of three factors quadratic regression was adopted to research the effects of the three agricultural measures which the period(X_1),dosage(X_2)of chemical spray and quantity(X_3)of medicine-liquor spray.The experiment in control wheat scab were carried out for two years, with 50% carbendazol wettable powder.The results showed that three agricultural measures were all indispensable important factors in the control of wheat scab.The optimum period of spraying medicine was at the phase or major onset of wheat flowering.The valid dosage of spraying medicine was 0.75~0.90 kg/hm 2,the quantity of spraying medicine-liquor was the most suitable for 900~1?050 kg/hm 2.
