摘要
以废旧聚苯乙烯(PS)泡沫塑料为主要原料,丙烯酸丁酯(BA)及甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MAA)单体为改性剂,对聚苯乙烯进行接枝改性并乳化制成一种新型改性水乳型胶粘剂。着重讨论了改性剂、交联剂、填料和反应时间等因素对胶粘剂性能的影响,得到了最佳的配方。所制得PS胶粘剂的固含量大于40%、旋转粘度大于3. 4Pa·s、室温剪切强度大于3. 5Mpa,游离的醛、甲苯和二甲苯总量等有害物质限量低于标准要求。此胶可用于木材、纸张、铝材及瓷砖等材料的粘合。
Using recycling polystyrene foaming (PSF) plastics as raw material, butyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate as modifiers, a stable PS adhesive was prepared. Factors influencing the performances of the adhesive, including the quantity of modifiers, crosslinking agent and mediaum, and reaction time were important to be discussed. The optimum technique parameters were obtained. Its solid content was above 40%, viscosity above 3.4Pa·s,shear strength above 3.5 Mpa,and the content of formaldehyde, benzene and dimethylbenzene was less than that of standard. It could be used to bond wood, paper, Al metal and ceramics.
