摘要
文章介绍了对封闭式空调压缩机的液位测量,研发了基于虚拟仪器技术的超声波检测系统。介绍了测量系统的硬件结构和软件设计;给出的实测数据证明了该方法的有效性。该方法为密封容器的液位测量提供了一种有效的检测手段。
In this paper, the liquid level measurement of sealed air-condition compressor is introduced and an ultrasonic testing system based on virtual instrument is developed. The hardware structure and the software design of the system are discussed. The measured data acquired by the developed instrument testifies the effectiveness of the adopted method. The measuring method proposed in this paper provides an effective method for the liquid level measurement of the sealed container.
