摘要
根据高等教育发展的内在要求,从建设可持续发展的教师队伍入手,客观分析现阶段高校教师激励机制存在的主要问题,运用科学激励的基本原理,针对性地提出高校青年教师培养的有效激励机制,有助于充分发挥青年教师工作的积极性、主动性和创造性。
In the light of the internal requirement for the development of higher education, and starting with the construction of the sustainable development of the rank of teachers, this paper analyses objectively the current key problems in incentive mechanisms at college, and suggests some effective incentive approaches in cultivating young college teachers by complying with the basic principle of incentive mechanism, which contributes to bringing into full play young teachers’ creative, initiative and innovative factors.
