摘要
在压缩机选型设计过程中,根据工艺条件初步确定机组的基本特性参数,例如轴功率、排气量、容积效率等,是开展以后工作的基础。本文对往复活塞式压缩机的特性参数进行了较详细的理论研究,并给出了容积系数、排气量、排气温度、轴功率的估算方法和计算公式,对于用户进行压缩机选型设计具有一定的实际指导意义。
In selection of compressor, the determination of the basic property parameters, such as shaft power, gas discharge volume, volume efficiency, of the machine set based on process conditions is the basis for late work. In this paper, the property parameters of reciprocating compressor were theoretically researched in detail. The evaluating methods and equations for volume factor, gas discharge volume, gas discharge temperature and shaft power were presented, which can be used as practical reference in selection design of compressor.
