摘要 目的研究全氟辛烷磺酸(PFOS)对大鼠甲状腺素的影响。方法在大鼠饲料中分别添加PFOS0.5,1.5,4.5mg/kg,自由摄食65d。用酶放大化学发光免疫分析法检测大鼠血清中的甲状腺素T3、T4和促甲状腺素(TSH)水平。结果PFOS各组与对照组比较T3、T4水平下降,差异有统计学意义,但未见剂量效应关系;TSH水平的差异无统计学意义。结论PFOS能引起大鼠血清中的T3、T4水平下降。 Objective To explore the effects of perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) on the thyroids of rats.Methods Rats were fed forage with 0.5,1.5,4.5mg/kg PFOS.After 65 days ,serum thiiodothronine(T3),thyroxine(T4) and thyroid-stimulating(TSH) were analyzed by enzyme exaggeration radioimmunoassays.Results Serum T3 and T4 in the PFOS-treated rats were significantly reudced compared with the corresponding animals in control group,but didn't show any dose-effect relationship.There was no substantial idfference of TSH.Conclusion PFOS could reduce serum T3 and T4.
