摘要
介绍了单体超级电容器的特点及超级电容器组的构成。作为能量供应单元在高压大容量实际应用中超级电容器需要串并联应用,由于各单体电容器参数的不一致,采用了软硬件相结合的方法来提高其利用率和整体系统的稳定性,并对研制开发的单体电容器均压电路及电容器组能量管理系统做了详细的阐述。
Characteristic of the simple capacitor and the structure of the ultra capacitor group were introduced. Ultra capacitor in practice is in series and parallel as an energy supply unit. Because of different parameters of every unit, the method of combining the hardware and software was used to improve utilization and stabilization of the whole group system of the ultra capacitor. The voltage-sharing electric circuit developed and energy management system as well were described in detail.
