同型半胱氨酸、脂蛋白(a)、超敏C反应蛋白的变化与冠状动脉粥样硬化的关系

摘要 目的:探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、脂蛋白(a)[LP(a)]、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化与冠状动脉粥样硬化及其程度的关系。方法:应用冠状动脉造影判定144例患者冠状动脉粥样硬化及其程度,同时抽取患者血液测定血清中Hcy、LP(a)及hs-CRP的水平。结果:冠状动脉粥样硬化的患者血清Hcy、LP(a)及hs-CRP的水平比冠状动脉正常的患者明显增高,二者有显著性差异(P<0.01);且血清Hcy、LP(a)及hs-CRP的水平随病变支数增加而增高。结论:Hcy、LP(a)、hs-CRP作为独立的动脉粥样硬化危险因素对冠心病的诊断及程度的判定有积极的临床意义。 Objective:To discuss the relations between the variety of(Hcy)、Lp(a)and hs-CRP,and coronary atherosclerosis together with its degree.Methods:Assay whether there is coronary atherosclerosis or not,also it’s degree by coronary contrast in 144 patients.At the same time,draw their blood and determinate the level of Hcy、Lp(a)and hs-CRP in serum.Results:The level in patients with coronary atherosclerosis is much higher than level of normal patients.The difference is obvious between than(P<0.01);The more lesion number,the higher level of Hcy、Lp(a)and hs-CRP.Conclusions:As independent risk factors of atherosclerosis,Hcy、Lp(a)and hs-CRP for atherosclerosis have an active clinical meaning to diagnose CHD and assay of degree.
