摘要
对于无法获得精确数学模型的多变量、非线性、时变系统, 很难用单一的模糊控制器使各受控量达到满意的指标, 而且直接建立多变量模糊控制器的控制规则是非常困难的。采用分层分级的方法对多变量系统进行结构分解和降维处理, 以达到简化设计的目的, 并针对大型水泥管桩生产线的控制过程, 给出了控制流程中关键环节模糊控制器的设计方案。仿真结果达到了控制要求。
In a general way for a multivariable,non linearity and time-varying system, it is very difficulty make all variables up to the mark with a single fuzzy controller and it's also difficulty to directly establish the control rules. In order to reduce design, this paper has introduced a way based on portrait-layering and athwart-leveling to structure cleavage and dimension reduce a multivariable fuzzy control system. At the same time, it also introduces the pivotal design decision aiming at a large concrete pipe product line. The results of simulation are content thecontroller , s demand.
