Effects of cytokinin on micro-tuber production of color callalily in vitro

摘要 该文利用植物组织培养技术研究了细胞分裂素对彩色马蹄莲试管苗快繁和试管微型种球的诱导效应,筛选出适合彩色马蹄莲试管苗快繁和试管微型种球诱导的培养基.结果表明:在MS培养基中,6 BA 0 5~1 5mg L外植体分化不定芽的诱导率最高,达80 %左右;6 BA 2 5~4 0mg L诱导微型球发生的结球率与对照有显著差异,结球率达80 %以上.可见6 BA是彩色马蹄莲试管微型种球诱导的关键因素之一,6 BA 2 5mg Using tissue culture,the effects of cytokinin on the induction of bud and micro-tuber from the color callalily in vitro was studied. The optimal medium for induction of bud and micro-tuber from the color callalily in vitro was selected. Results show that the addition of 6--BA 0.5--1.5 mg/L to the MS medium is most favorable for the induction of shoots and its shoot regeneration frequency is up to 80%; the application of 6--B 2.5--4.0 mg/L in the micro-tuber inducing medium show a marked difference with CK,and the micro-tuber rate also reaches 80%. Therefore 6--BA is regarded as an essential element in the composition of the micro-tuber inducing culture medium, and the best medium of micro-tuber inducing is the MS medium supplemented with 6-BA 2.5 mg/L.
